At VOLDT, each piece is produced with intention. Many of our products are made to order or fabricated in small batches to ensure precision, reduce waste, and maintain quality.
Below you'll find estimates regarding lead times, shipping, and returns. However, if you are local, please contact us before ordering and ask about local pickup options. We are based in Ann Arbor MI.
Because many of our pieces are produced to order, lead times vary by collection:
Ships in 4-6 weeks from order date.
Ships in 1-3 weeks from order date.

If you require a specific delivery timeline, please contact us prior to ordering and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise noted.
At this time, domestic U.S. shipping is standard. For international inquiries, please contact us prior to placing your order. International orders may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the packaging and the product so we can assess the issue quickly.
We will work promptly to repair, replace, or resolve the issue as appropriate.
If a shipment is lost in transit, please contact us and we will coordinate with the carrier to resolve the matter.
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the item price.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Returned items must be in original condition and packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Custom or modified pieces are considered final sale and are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon arrival.

VOLDT products are warranted against manufacturing defects for one (1) year from the date of purchase under normal residential use.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, or normal wear.
